Why Should Biscotti Have All The Fun?

Mandelbrot  (also called "Mandel Bread") is a cookie that originated from the 700-year-old Italian biscotti. Mandelbrot became popular in the early 1900's among Eastern-European Jewish communities because it could be made in advance of Shabbat and stay fresh for days.

Like biscotti, mandel bread is baked twice and has a crunchy exterior. But unlike biscotti, it contains oil or butter that gives it a softer bite & texture.

Traditional flavors of mandel bread typically include things like nuts and dried fruit. We go one step further to introduce new flavors, fusions, and profiles, taking  MANDEL to a whole new level!

It's time for mandelbrot to have some fun!
